Run Newcastle is back and I’m excited to be involved again this year. I’m so proud to call Newcastle my home and that’s why I love this event, it’s all about giving back to your community and gives everyone the opportunity help Newcastle kids in need. I’m also very passionate about living a healthy and fit lifestyle, so that is why I’m urging the whole Newcastle community to come together and run, walk or roll with me on Sunday 7th August.

I grew up around the corner from John Hunter Children’s Hospital and I look forward to getting back to support and unite fellow Novocastrians to run for our kids in need. Going through any medical treatment for a kid and a family can be a stressful experience. I’m hoping that we can make this experience as easy as possible by providing the best facilities and equipment needed and making the experience a comfortable one for the kids and families.  I’m excited to be back on board as an ambassador this year and looking forward to joining as many people as possible on Sunday 7th August, as we have fun doing something great for Newcastle!

Race plate and t-shirt collection

Come and visit us at Foreshore Park during the following times to collect your race pack.
The Festival Event Precinct is located at Foreshore Park, Wharf Rd, Newcastle during the following times:

Date Time
 Friday 5th August, 2016  8am – 7:00pm
 Saturday 6th August, 2016  8am – 2:00pm
 Sunday 7th August 2016  6.30am – 7.30am

In order to pick up your race plate/t-shirt you MUST bring your race plate number which is located on your confirmation email. Please make sure that you plan ahead and give yourself ample time to pick up your race plate/t-shirt during the above times. If you are unable to collect your own race plate and t-shirt please organise for a friend or family member to do so on your behalf.

Information Enquiries: An information booth will be set up during race pack collection to help with any changes or queries that you may have.
